The Board would like to invite you to the 2024 Halifax Ultimate Recreational League Society AGM, which will include the following:
- Approve the Agenda and minutes of the 2023 AGM;
- Consideration of the annual report of the Directors;
- Consideration of the financial reports of the Society;
- Approval the 2024-25 operating budget;
- Appointment of Auditors;
- Election of Directors for the ensuing year; and
- Address any questions members may pose
The meeting will be held on Thursday, May 30th from 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm at BMO Soccer Centre in the classroom upstairs (210 Thomas Raddall Dr, Halifax) and virtually via Google Meet.
Merchandise prizes will be drawn from the in-person & virtual attendees.
