- 4 on 4 continuous, mixed (2/2) format

- All games are at Canada Game Centre

Note for all Halifax Ultimate leagues: The team scheduled as "home" wears WHITE and the team scheduled as "away" wears DARK.

All subs must be approved by opposing captain AND be a current member of HU.
