Halifax Ultimate's 7v7 indoor mixed draft league is returning to the BMOSC indoor turf facility.This league will be fully draft based. You sign up as an individual and we'll put you on a team. You can be paired with up to two other players based on the pairings below. It's that easy!

What you need to know
- This league is 7v7, 4M3F ratio.
- This league will run from Oct 17th - Dec 19th (10 weeks)
- All games to be held at BMOSC indoor turf facility
- Games are 55 minutes in length, and continuous sub-on-the-fly style: See Indoor rules.
- Game slots are: 9-9:55, and 10-10:55.
- We will schedule *ALL* games from the start
COACHES
We have a number of coaches with NCCP training who have agreed to help out in this league. Each team will have at least one coach who will be at each game to provide leadership from the sideline.
