The end of outdoor season is almost to an end, but not before MUCBowl!

When: October 17-18th
Where: Sportsplex Fields in Moncton
Format: 4 men 3 women
Cost: $350 per team

Catch-n-Release 2009

When: September 26th to 27th, 2009 Time - TBA
Where: Acadia University - Wolfville, NS

Details:

Catch and Release, the annual Halifax co-ed tournament, is confirmed for September 26th-27th.

No Halifax fields unfortunately. But something even better came up. Wolfville, NS. The University of Acadia is letting us use their fields.

There is also a sweet music festival happening that weekend in Wolfville. Check it out at http://deeprootsmusic.ca/festival/. My favourite line up is Friday night: Joel Plaskett, Rose Cousins, Old Man Ludueke and more. But the Saturday line up looks wicked cool too. We're working on getting discount/free passes.

There will be a debaucherous party in Halifax on Saturday night, Sept 26th. Stay tuned for more info.

Maritime Women's Tournament

Where: Wickwire field at Dalhousie University - Halifax, NS

Calling all Maritime Women!

The first annual Maritime Women's Tournament is happening Saturday May 23rd for one day only. The location is set for Wickwire field at Dalhousie. The time is from 11am - 5pm. Mark your calenders!

The cost has yet to be determined but will likely be $10 or less.

No experience necessary! All women are welcome to this fun and friendly day of women's ultimate.

Women who sign up as individuals will be placed on a team by the organizers. To sign up, please email Amy MacKay at: amygwyneth@gmail.com.

8th Annual Tournament of Fools

When: March 28/29th
Where: Wickwire field at Dalhousie University - Halifax, NS

Details: The Dalhousie/Kings ultimate team will once again be hosting Tournament of Fools. This is a great opportunity to get your league team together before the summer gets here and to kick of the winter rust.

Cost of the tournament is $300/team.
