Documentation for HURL
Notes:
- Annual Reports are filed for the year before the year in which the AGM is called.
- Minutes for an AGM are approved by the membership at the AGM in the following year.
- The balance sheet presented at an AGM is for the previous year.
- The budget presented at an AGM is for the upcomming year and is for membership approval.
- HURL's fiscal year is May 1 to April 30 of the following year.

If you are a HURL member and injure yourself while playing Ultimate at a sanctioned HURL event, you may be entitled to reimbursement of some of your medical expenses under our sports accident insurance policy.
